AeroStatus service is offered in two packages:

The "White Label" package provides for 100% payment by the customer for all the SMS messages sent to the users' mobile phones. At the same time the customer has full rights to use the service for advertising of their own company. In case of re-selling of advertising space in SMS messages to third parties the basic tariff is increased by 10%. The size and the content of advertising content are subject to approval by AeroStatus.

When purchasing this package the customer has the right to advertise and offer AeroStatus service as its own, using the customer's own trademark or brand.

The "Sponsored" package provides for 50% payment by the customer for all the SMS messages sent to the users' mobile phones, but all the rights for advertising space is owned by AeroStatus.

Payments for the use of AeroStatus service are to be made no later than 15 days after the end of calendar month and are calculated based on the actual number of SMS messages sent to users by their requests during the past month.

For monitoring the users' requests and the number of SMS messages sent, the customers will be provided with the permanent access to the database, where in a real-time mode the following information is shown:

• The phone number from which the request was made
• The number of the requested air flight
• The date and time of the request
• The number of SMS messages sent to the request
• Total number of requests and SMS messages
• Total amount due for the messages sent
